Root To CISO collects information you choose to provide through newsletter, partnership and guest enquiry forms. This may include your name, email address, organization, LinkedIn URL and the content of your message.

Form submissions are processed through Netlify. Notification routing and any future email/CRM integrations are controlled by the site operator. We use information submitted through forms to respond to enquiries, manage guest/partnership requests and, where requested, provide updates.

Optional analytics or marketing tools may be enabled in the future through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Non-essential tracking is intended to respect the cookie choices presented on the site.

Because the site can be accessed internationally, visitors may have rights under privacy laws applicable where they live. Requests relating to personal information can be submitted through the contact form.

This page is a practical V1 policy and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch if legal assurance is required, particularly after marketing/CRM tools are connected.
